The Role

The Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing Prometheus’ communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. The role involves managing internal and external communications, amplifying Prometheus’ voice across multiple platforms, engaging stakeholders, and promoting fundraising efforts.

We seek a motivated professional with a passion for campaigning, social media, storytelling, relationship building, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities

Communications Strategy

Design and implement Prometheus’ overall communications strategy.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Content Creation

Craft compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and donor reports.
Collaborate with program teams to highlight stories and results.

Brand Management

Strengthen Prometheus’ brand identity through consistent messaging and visuals.
Ensure alignment of communication materials with the organization’s mission and vision.

Stakeholder Engagement

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, partners, and media outlets.
Organize and oversee community engagement initiatives, including public campaigns and events.

Digital Strategy

Lead social media planning and execution across platforms.
Use analytics tools to track engagement and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Support for Fundraising Initiatives

Collaborate closely with the fundraising team to develop campaigns that inspire donor participation.
Assist in preparing donor presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in communications, media relations, or public outreach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Proficiency in social media management, content creation tools, and analytics platforms. Proficiency in AI and Canva is a must.

Position Objectives

Organizing and supervising the daily supply chain activities and the teams associated, in the coordination or project level, according to MSF protocols and standards in order to ensure the optimal running of the mission.

Main Accountabilities

Supervising and organizing the daily activities of the Supply Chain team, including Supply Supervisors, and ensuring they perform the tasks linked to their role.
Being responsible for the order, purchase, stock and freight management in the coordination or in the project level, monitoring and ensuring an efficient implementation of the overall daily supply chain activities.
Monitoring and ensuring a smooth-running supply administration and the respect of the implemented supply procedures, proposing adjustments where needed.
Being responsible for the supply database and the correct filing and archiving of the supply documentation in order to guarantee the availability and the coherence of supply data.
Communicating with customers, keeping them up to date concerning their orders status (BO confirmation) and prioritizing procurement and transport according to their needs.
Collecting claims from the field, analysing causes, and making corrective actions.
In collaboration with the Supply Supervisor (if any) and in coordination with the HR department, supervising the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, briefing/debriefing, evaluation, potential detection, development, and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required.
Informing Project Coordinator in case of any major issue and draws-up all required reporting, to keep updated and reliable information that will help in decision-making.
Responsible for the delivery of donations and preparation of all administrative tasks/paperwork related to donations.
Update inventories regularly.
Updates for constraints, ruptures, alternate goods and the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Delivers, with the vehicles that MSF provides, the purchased goods to the stock locations or to the requesters, while getting the signature on the relevant documents (deliveries or receptions)
Updates suppliers’ historical data with complaints and remarks on suppliers’ performance.
Executing the stock management activities (receipt, storage, and issuance to projects or other departments of medical supplies, food items, spare parts, tools, equipment and/ or other logistics materials), according to the line manager’s instructions and MSF standards and protocols, in order to ensure the overall functioning of MSF activities.
Performing any other tasks within the scope of his role, as directed by supervision and according to the needs of the mission.

Essential Criteria

Essential degree and specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain
Essential in logistics/supply chain management (minimum 2 years) and in organization of logistics/supply administration and procedures
Essential 2 years’ experience with NGOs (desirable MSF)
Desirable proven understanding of MSF Field Logistics (general knowledge of MSF equipment and kits)
English and Greek essential.

Main Accountabilities

Carrying and supervising administrative procedures and documents (fill in patient’s files, forms, consumptions, statistics, registers, health files, etc.), ensuring an appropriate written/oral handover, and reporting any problematic situations and cases that may arise. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες πρέπει να υποβάλλουν στη Γραμματεία της Κάριτας Ελλάς: α) Συνοδευτική Επιστολή, β) Πλήρες Βιογραφικό τους Σημείωμα στην Eλληνική γλώσσα και γ) Δήλωση Συναίνεσης.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα, Δεξιότητες, Εμπειρία

Εκπαίδευση και Εμπειρία:

Πτυχίο στις Κοινωνικές/Πολιτικές Επιστήμες ή πιστοποίηση σε αντικείμενο σχετικό με ανάλυση Δεδομένων.
Επιθυμητή η ελάχιστη εμπειρία 1 έτους ως Υπεύθυνος/-η M.E.A.L. κατά προτίμηση στο πλαίσιο του προσφυγικού.
Επιθυμητή η αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε ρόλους κοινωνικής έρευνας με επεξεργασία ποιοτικών και ποιοτικών δεδομένων.

Τεχνικές και Διοικητικές Δεξιότητες:

Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα σχεδιασμού και εφαρμογής οργανωμένων συστημάτων συλλογής και επεξεργασίας δεδομένων που διασφαλίζουν τη λογική και τακτοποιημένη παρουσίαση των πληροφοριών, χρησιμοποιώντας εργαλεία όπως ερωτηματολόγια, συνεντεύξεις, δομημένες ομαδικές συζητήσεις, infographics κ.α.
Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης και εκτέλεσης των δραστηριοτήτων M.E.A.L. σύμφωνα με ένα καθορισμένο σχέδιο, διασφαλίζοντας την ακριβή παρακολούθηση και την πλήρη συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις του προγράμματος.
Άριστη γνώση της Microsoft Office Suite, συστημάτων διαχείρισης υποθέσεων, εισαγωγής δεδομένων και σύνταξης αναφορών.
Θα συνεκτιμηθεί γνώση εργαλείων όπως PowerBi και kobotoolbox.

Σχέσεις με Φορείς και Εκπροσώπηση:

Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ανάπτυξης θετικών σχέσεων με φορείς.
Θα συνεκτιμηθεί η Ικανότητα εκπροσώπησης των συμφερόντων της οργάνωσης σε θεματικό επίπεδο και διατήρησης ισχυρών δεσμών με εταίρους και εκπροσώπους φορέων.

Γλώσσες Επικοινωνίας και Αναφορές:

Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Επίπεδο C2), με εξαιρετικές προφορικές και γραπτές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας.
Ικανότητα προετοιμασίας αναφορών υψηλής ποιότητας, τεκμηρίωσης της προόδου και διατήρησης αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με τον Διαχειριστή/ρια του Υποέργου.

Ισχυρές οργανωτικές ικανότητες, πολιτισμική ευαισθησία και αφοσίωση στην αποστολή και τις αξίες της Κάριτας Ελλάς.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

Τίτλος σπουδών που αντιστοιχεί σε Εκπαιδευτικούς όλων των ειδικοτήτων , αντικειμένου που να ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες και την ηλικία των ανηλίκων.
Επιθυμητή επαγγελματική εμπειρία εκπαιδευτικού τουλάχιστον ενός έτους σε συναφές αντικείμενο.
Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής ή γαλλικής γλώσσας (Β1/Β2) .

Essential Qualifications and Experience
