Equality Works is looking for volunteers

Equal Work and Education for All – Equality Works, the new project of Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, is following a holistic approach to equal access to work and education for all and provides support and empowerment to unemployed immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers or out of formal education or vocational education, residing in Attica and in the 15-67 age range.

More specifically, the activities that are implemented in the framework of the project keep at their core the one-on-one Career Counselling Sessions, while the Vocational Guidance sessions are reinforced for the people seeking an educational path. At the same time, the participation of individuals in Job Readiness Groups

The Greek Language Courses, for beginners and intermediate level, are supportive for those who aim at entering the labor market or education, preparing them also for the Greek language certification.

Last but not least, this comprehensive empowerment project for individuals wishing to enter the labor market or education is inextricably linked to the “Diversity in the Workplace” activity, which supports the private sector and facilitates smooth integration into the workplace through the Network of companies and organisations supporting diversity in practice.
