PICUM: New report on residence status

 

PICUM (Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants) published the report “Mechanisms and Programs for Regulating Residence Statuses: Why They Matter and How to Design Them?”

Find here gathered examples from several states of how the status of residence for undocumented immigrants is regulated and an analysis on how these procedures can be made fair, humane and efficient. Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, as a member of PICUM, contributed to report by providing data and information on the ways to obtain legal residence in Greece and co-created the blueprint below with the other members.
