Online appointments at the Immigration Service in Piraeus

From now onward, in the Immigration Service of Piraeus, citizens who want to renew or re-issue residence permits will need to make an appointment by email, one month before their residence permit expires. Those who do not have a residence permit or have a blue certificate or are not sure should go to the service to make an appointment, getting a priority number from 07.45 to 08.00.

Specifically, in the website of the Decentralized Administration of Attica (which is in Greek) , you can go to Citizens Affairs and from there to the appointments tab Immigration Division of the South Sector, Piraeus & Islands.

There, go to point A. ONLY FOR THIRD COUNTRY CITIZENS and press the A1. Conditions for making an appointment via e-mail. There you can find (in Greek) all the conditions, the supporting documents and the form you have to send to the service.

Download the form, fill it in carefully for you and for your dependent family members and send it to [email protected] under the subject heading RDV.

The service responds within 5 working days with the date of the appointment for the submission of the supporting documents and the supporting documents you need. The date is automatically set based on availability, and does not change.
