MINDT – our new project on digital inclusion
We are excited to announce the successful kick-off of our new project Migrants INcluded in Digital Transformation (MINDT), which took place on Thursday, Jun 13th. This meeting was a collaborative effort alongside our partner, Generation for Change.
The MINDT project aims to promote digital inclusion for migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, ensuring they are not left behind in the digital transformation. Among other outcomes, our work will result in:
- Creation of a Comprehensive Guide: We will develop a guide on teaching methods and best practices for ICT skills development. This guide will serve as a valuable resource for professionals aiming to enhance migrants’ digital skills.
- Training of Professionals: We will improve the teaching and training abilities of professionals, focusing on enhancing the digital skills and literacy of migrants.
- Coordination of Workshops: We will organize workshops where migrant participants can learn to use digital tools and navigate platforms related to employment, public services, educational, and social activities.
We eagerly anticipate the positive impact this collaboration will have on the migrant community in Greece, Cyprus and the EU. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting journey!
