This is Worldplaces – Workplaces Working with Migrant Women

👭🏿 The trust relationships built in the context of project activities are perhaps more important than the achievement of the target or the “catching” of the indicator. The actions of this project support, on the one hand, women of migrant backgrounds to integrate smoothly into the Greek labour market.

At the same time, the companies and organisations that join the Greek Worldplaces Network of companies use all our tools and trainings to build inclusive practices and create working environments that embrace and promote diversity. These are the measurable indicators that we aim for in the success of this European project.

🚀 But our vision, behind the quantitative and other indicators, is for these women to acquire skills, to be empowered, to be able to function independently, to upgrade the image they have of themselves and to claim for themselves their own place in the labour market and in Greek society. And this is something that cannot be accurately reflected in any indicator or target, but we see it happening around us and it is the greatest driving force for our Organization to continue!

A great thank you to all the companies and organizations that trust us, but especially to the women who come to Generation 2.0 RED and teach us how to become better ourselves! 🙏🏿
