Advocacy & Legal Counselling
Nikos-Deji Odubitan – Founder & Managing Director
Nikos-Deji was born in Athens to Nigerian immigrant parents. He studied Medical Engineering and currently European Civilization at the Hellenic Open University. Nikos has a long experience as a human rights activist on migration policies, legislation, consultancy, advocacy, and a deep knowledge of migration and second generation issues in Greece. He is on a mission to secure the rights of the otherwise invisible generation of children born and/or raised in Greece from migrant backgrounds and equal participation.
Believing in the importance of youth agency, this mission has now grown into a collective of young people working towards a better present and future for all.

Katerina Kapnisi – Career Counsellor | Coordinator
Katerina studied Philosophy-Pedagogy-Psychology and got a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Career Guidance from the University of Athens. She is convinced that knowledge is power and aims at supporting individuals so they can be independent and in control of their own lives.

Dimitra Steins – Diversity Network Officer
Dimitra was born in India and raised in Athens by Greek and Belgian parents. She studied Financial Management & Engineering at the University of Aegean.
She believes that all great things are done by a series of small things brought together.
Aristea Gani – Employability Officer
Aristea studied Psychology (Panteion University) and then went on to train as a Career Counselor (University of Crete). Her goal is through her work to create the supportive environment that people need to grow.

Ismini Karydopoulou – Program Director
Ismini holds a degree in Political Science & Public Administration (University of Athens), an MD in Political Sociology (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and certifications of Pedagogy and Human Rights Education. Participation, action and the small or big social changes that those can bring, are of her interest in both, theory and practice.
Athena Christopoulou – Communications Officer
Athena studied at the Department of Communication, Media and Culture of Panteio University and then she did a master’s degree in Contemporary Journalism Studies at the EAP. She worked for years for the Press, because growing up she thought the world can be changed by publishing the “truth”. Now she’s here, because she’s grown up and realized that the world can be changed by creating the “truth”.
Stefania Kosta – Office Coordinator
Stefania studied Political Science and History at Panteion University and is a postgraduate student of the same department. She was born in Crete, but her family is from Albania. She believes that her migrant background gives her is a great motive to contribute to the organization’s important work.
Chrysanthi Koutri – Finance Officer
Chrysanthi has studied Economic Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and holds a MA in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies (Erasmus University of Rotterdam), the research question that interests her is: How institutions shape inequality and how precarious workers challenge them.
