Be the next Μentor of the activity “Education4All”

Are you 20 to 30 years old, with a migrant or refugee background, still studying in a Greek educational institution or you have completed your studies in Greece, and you wish, based on your school or academic experience, to inspire and support teenagers, of migrant or refugee background too, while at the same time you wish to develop your own interpersonal skills?

If so, apply to participate in the first “Education4All” Mentoring, that will offer you all necessary tools to inspire and guide, while you are developing your personal skills through the role of the mentor and through the various activities that are going to take place in the same context.

The mentoring practice, which is becoming more and more popular, has significant benefits for people aiming at a certain educational or academic pathway, receiving support and guidance from other people who have explored or been active in a particular subject area.

As an “Equality Works” activity, implemented under the Active citizens fund program, the “Education4All” is interrelated with the Career Guidance service of Generation 2.0 RED, which provides guidance in terms of school and academic studies in Greece. The specific activity aims at enhancing the participation of unaccompanied minors in educational and vocational structures through mentoring.

The mentoring pairs that will be created are going to discover the full range of opportunities offered by a relationship of support, guidance and cooperation such as that of the mentor and the mentee. If you are interested in this experience of mentoring at “Education4All” and in supporting a young person in their educational pathway, send us an email at [email protected] with your CV and a brief summary on what motivates you to participate and what you expect to gain from this process.
