The first series of the Soft Skills Development Seminars under the project “Equality Works”, which is being implemented under the Active citizens fund program, by Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity took place end of June 2020.

The participants during the 2 days of the seminars, 24th and 25th, were informed, discussed but also engaged in activities concerning Communication and Time Management Skills, since soft skills are the key to maintain a job position and be successful at it.

Emphasis was placed on how to better communicate with colleagues and supervisors, while working efficiently with them. In addition, we explored ways to manage our time and deadlines better, and also a separate discussion took place on how to successfully set goals.

The seminars were implemented while keeping the necessary distance among participants and with the use of mask for the protection of all.

If you wish also to take part in the next series of Soft Skills Seminars and as well in different activities of “Equality Works”, please send a message to [email protected] or call at 213 088 4499.
