Communication & Fundraising Coordinator – Athens – PROJECT ARMONIA

We are looking for a creative yet analytical individual to join our team, who understands the techniques of online communications, networking and fundraising.


  • We are a grassroots organisation acting in solidarity with people on the move to promote equal access to nutrition and education.
  • For the past two years, we have operated a free-restaurant that served over 1000 healthy and nutritious meals per day to people on the move on the hotspot island of Samos. We have worked with a diverse team of 29 different nationalities.

Η πρώτη θέση απευθύνεται σε έναν νέο ή μία νέα, κάτοικο της 6ης Δημοτικής Κοινότητας της Αθήνας, για να ενισχύσει την υλοποίηση του καλλιτεχνικού προγράμματός του Victoria Square Project. The Regional Recruiter coordinates the recruitment process of International (field) staff in Turkey, Cyprus, and Balkan countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro) under the MSF GR institutional footprint, participating in the design of the recruitment strategy included in the HR annual plan of MSF Greece.   1. Recruitment: Actively working on a comprehensive recruitment strategy which aims to contribute to the MSF Global Workforce, with professionals having the necessary experience to work in international missions, coming from the geographical area of Turkey, Cyprus and the Balkan countries. Further, will participate in the design of the recruitment strategy included in the HR annual plan of MSF Greece, propose and implement recruitment activities following the operational needs of the MSF movement.

We are currently recruiting a dynamic professional with an academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field and at least two (2) years of working experience in relevant position to support ActionAid Hellas’ (AAH) digital marketing paid campaigns and analytics.
