Η ΚΑΡΙΤΑΣ ΑΘΗΝΑΣ είναι Αναγνωρισμένο Φιλανθρωπικό Σωματείο, Μη Κερδοσκοπικού Χαρακτήρα και Μη Κυβερνητική Οργάνωση. Εδρεύει στην Αθήνα, στην οδό Ομήρου 9. Είναι φορέας της Καθολικής Εκκλησίας στην Αθήνα για την Ποιμαντική της Φιλανθρωπίας, της Αγαθοεργίας και της Κοινωνικής Συμπαράστασης. Βοηθά χωρίς διακρίσεις άτομα που έχουν ανάγκη, εμπνέεται από την Κοινωνική Διδασκαλία της Καθολικής Εκκλησίας,  από τις εμπειρίες και τις ελπίδες των ανθρώπων που βρίσκονται σε μειονεκτική θέση, υφίστανται στερήσεις, είναι περιθωριοποιημένοι και ζουν σε συνθήκες φτώχειας.

Η Κάριτας Αθήνας δεσμεύεται:  

  • να διασφαλίζει τον σεβασμό στο Eλληνικό, Eυρωπαϊκό καθώς και στο Διεθνές Ανθρωπιστικό Δίκαιο.

Την πλήρωση της παρακάτω θέσης εργασίας Ιδιωτικού Δικαίου Ορισμένου Χρόνου με πλήρη απασχόληση:

  • «ΣΥΝΤΟΝΙΣΤΗΣ/ΤΡΙΑ ΧΕΙΡΙΣΤΩΝ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ ΠΕΔΙΟΥ» – μία (1) θέση

Περίληψη θέσης εργασίας: 

Η ΚΑΡΙΤΑΣ ΑΘΗΝΑΣ υλοποιεί πάντα έργα κοινωνικής πρόνοιας και αντιμετώπισης καταστάσεων έκτακτης ανάγκης.

Η συγκεκριμένη θέση, αφορά το Πρόγραμμα  Προπληρωμένων Καρτών (Cash) για Αιτούντες Άσυλο στην Ελλάδα

Βασικός στόχος του Έργου είναι η υποστήριξη αιτούντων άσυλο στην Ελλάδα προκειμένου να διευκολυνθεί η αντιμετώπιση των βασικών αναγκών διαβίωσης.

Κύρια καθήκοντα: 

Ο ρόλος του Συντονιστή Χειριστών Δεδομένων Πεδίου περιλαμβάνει τα παρακάτω, χωρίς να περιορίζεται σε αυτά:

  • Συμμετοχή σε όλες τις δραστηριότητες πεδίου στα Κέντρα Φιλοξενίας ή/και στο γραφείο υποδοχής κοινού διαμενόντων σε αστικά καταλύματα.
  • Έλεγχος της ενημέρωσης των προφίλ/στοιχείων των ωφελούμενων στα Κέντρα Φιλοξενίας και στο γραφείο υποδοχής κοινού διαμενόντων σε αστικά καταλύματα
  • Δημιουργία καθημερινών αναφορών από την βάση δεδομένων της Ύπατης Αρμοστείας για το πρόγραμμα των προπληρωμένων καρτών (ProGres)
  • Ανανέωση των μηνιαίων Δεικτών Απόδοσης για το πρόγραμμα προπληρωμένων καρτών.
  • Προετοιμασία του υλικού επικοινωνίας προς τις Οργανώσεις που υποστηρίζουν τους ωφελούμενους στα Κέντρα Φιλοξενίας. 

Βασικές απαιτήσεις

  • Πτυχίο ανώτερης ή ανώτατης σχολής.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας στο πεδίο θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.
  • Εμπειρία σε υπηρεσία με πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες θα είναι πλεονέκτημα.
  • Γνώση λειτουργίας ΜΚΟ.
  • Εξοικείωση και τουλάχιστον μονοετής εμπειρία με τη βάση δεδομένων της Ύπατης Αρμοστείας για το πρόγραμμα των προπληρωμένων καρτών (ProGres).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας, γραπτά και προφορικά.
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση μίας η περισσοτέρων από τις ακόλουθες γλώσσες: Γαλλικά, Τουρκικά, Αραβικά, Φαρσί, Ουρντού, Κουρδικά.
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ
  • Γνώση Προγραμμάτων  ΜS Office. (Word, Excel)
  • Αναλυτική ικανότητα.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης κρίσεων.
  • Πολιτισμική ευαισθησία και άψογα επικοινωνιακά προσόντα.
  • Γνώση και αποδοχή των αρχών και αξιών της ΚΑΡΙΤΑΣ.
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση της Κοινωνικής Διδασκαλίας της Καθολικής Εκκλησίας.
  • Ικανότητα να εργαστεί με προθεσμίες και εντός καθορισμένων προτύπων.
  • Έγκυρη άδεια εργασίας στην Ελλάδα.
  • Δυνατότητα για ταξίδια: Ταξίδια/ μετακίνηση σε χώρους  υλοποίησης του προγράμματος εντός και εκτός Αττικής. Πιθανή ανάγκη διανυκτέρευσης εκτός Αττικής.

Εργασιακό Περιβάλλον: Η εργασία πραγματοποιείται σε χώρους υλοποίησης των προγραμμάτων, περιλαμβανομένων κατοικημένων κτιρίων και τυπικού περιβάλλοντος γραφείου.

Οι αιτήσεις θα εξετασθούν από την επιτροπή αξιολόγησης και θα κληθούν σε συνέντευξη οι υποψήφιοι που καλύπτουν τις προδιαγραφές της θέσης σύμφωνα με τα τυπικά τους προσόντα. Η επιτροπή αξιολόγησης θα εξετάσει τους υποψήφιους σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια επιλογής. Με βάση το βιογραφικό και την συνέντευξη, θα προτείνει την λήψη απόφασης στο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο.

Καταληκτική προθεσμία παραλαβής των αιτήσεων και των αντίστοιχων δικαιολογητικών είναι η 29η Ιανουαρίου 2021.

Οι υποψήφιοι που θα κληθούν για συνέντευξη, πρέπει να έχουν μαζί τους κατά την ημέρα της συνέντευξης:

Υπεύθυνη δήλωση του Ν.1599/1986, θεωρημένη για το γνήσιο της υπογραφής του δηλούντα, ότι:

α) τα στοιχεία που αναφέρονται στη δήλωση είναι ακριβή και αληθή και

β) τα αντίγραφα των τίτλων σπουδών, των άλλων στοιχείων κ.λπ., είναι ακριβή αντίγραφα από τα αντίστοιχα γνήσια πρωτότυπα έγγραφα.

Ο υποψήφιος που θα επιλεγεί και που στη συνέχεια θα προσληφθεί από το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Κάριτας Αθήνας, υποχρεούται να προσκομίσει φωτοτυπία των πτυχίων, ειδικότητας, μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου ή διδακτορικού ή ισότιμου τίτλου σπουδών της αλλοδαπής, αναγνωρισμένου στην Ελλάδα και οποιοδήποτε έγγραφο τεκμηρίωσης των στοιχείων αυτών, καθώς και τυχόν άλλων αποδεικτικών στοιχείων.

Η τήρηση και επεξεργασία των βιογραφικών σημειωμάτων θα γίνει σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία περί διαχείρισης και προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων.
