Ο Κοινωνικός Συνεταιρισμός Π.Ε. του 7ου Το.Ψ.Υ. Αττικής (Κοι.Σ.Π.Ε.) «Αρχιπέλαγος» προκηρύσσει μία θέση εργασίας Υπεύθυνου/ης Οικονομικής Διαχείρισης πλήρους ή μερικής απασχόλησης, με σύμβαση εργασίας ιδιωτικού δικαίου ορισμένου χρόνου, για τη στελέχωση του οικονομικού τμήματος.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο ΠΕ οικονομικά, λογιστική, διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, ή άλλο συναφές αντικείμενο.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (επεξεργασία κειμένων, υπολογιστικών φύλλων, υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου).
- Εμπειρία χρήσης προγραμμάτων μισθοδοσίας. (Κατά προτίμηση Premium HRM της Data Communication)
- Τουλάχιστον τριετής εμπειρία στους τομείς: Οικονομική Διαχείριση (εποπτεία λογιστηρίου και υποβολή οικονομικών καταστάσεων)/ Δημοσιονομική διαχείριση (σχεδιασμός και έλεγχος του προϋπολογισμού) / Διοίκηση και οργάνωση

Κύρια καθήκοντα:
- Εκτέλεση μισθοδοσίας.
- Διεκπεραίωση προσλήψεων, ανανεώσεων και τροποποιήσεων συμβάσεων, λήξη συμβάσεων
- Παρακολούθηση, καταχώρηση και δήλωση κανονικών, αναρρωτικών και λοιπών αδειών.
- Παρακολούθηση ετήσιων και τακτικών υποχρεώσεων προς το δημόσιο
- Τιμολόγηση παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών
- Πληρωμή και παρακολούθηση των προμηθευτών, ασφαλιστικών εισφορών και λοιπών υποχρεώσεων
- Παρακολούθηση εσόδων – εξόδων, ταμείου και γενικότερα την οικονομική δραστηριότητα
- Σύνταξη ετήσιων προϋπολογισμών και απολογισμών.
- Λοιπές διοικητικές εργασίες.
