Ο οργανισμός Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity είναι ένας μη κερδοσκοπικός οργανισμός ανθρώπων διαφορετικής καταγωγής που δουλεύουν μαζί για να προωθήσουν την ισότιμη συμμετοχή σε μία πολυπολιτισμική κοινωνία, μέσα από την ενδυνάμωση των κοινοτήτων.

Συνδυάζοντας δράση και έρευνα, στοχεύουμε στην προώθηση των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων, της ισότητας και της ετερότητας, αγωνιζόμενοι ενάντια στο ρατσισμό, την ξενοφοβία και τις διακρίσεις εν γένει.  Ως οργανισμός, έχουμε πάνω από 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην κοινωνική δράση, την κοινωνιολογική και νομική έρευνα, τη διαχείριση έργων και πολιτισμικών εκδηλώσεων. Συμμετέχουμε και συνεργαζόμαστε με τα μεγαλύτερα δίκτυα ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων σε Ελλάδα και Ευρώπη, διεκδικώντας δικαιώματα κοινωνικά ευάλωτων ομάδων, ανεξαρτήτως καταγωγής, εθνικότητας, θρησκείας, φύλου ή σεξουαλικού προσανατολισμού.

Στο Generation 2.0 RED πιστεύουμε ότι η ενδυνάμωση των ανθρώπων συνδέεται με την ανάπτυξη των δεξιοτήτων τη γνώση της ελληνικής αγοράς εργασίας και εργασιακής κουλτούρας καθώς και με τη γνώση των εργασιακών δικαιωμάτων. Για να είμαστε σε θέση να παρέχουμε μια υπηρεσία υψηλής ποιότητας στους ανθρώπους που αναζητούν την εργασιακή τους πορεία στην Ελλάδα και οι οποίοι έχουν μεταναστευτικό ή προσφυγικό υπόβαθρο, αναζητάμε έναν/μια ταλαντούχο/α Employability Officer για να μπει στην ομάδα μας και να συνεισφέρει στους στόχους και το όραμα τόσο του τμήματος όσο και του οργανισμού γενικότερα.

O συγκεκριμένος ρόλος είναι ένας συνδυασμός ατομικών συνεδριών συμβουλευτικής στα ελληνικά, στα αγγλικά και τα γαλλικά (κατά προτίμηση), διεξαγωγής σεμιναρίων καθώς και άλλων δραστηριοτήτων που διαμορφώνουν την υπηρεσία και μας βοηθούν να έχουμε μια ολιστική προσέγγιση απέναντι στους ανθρώπους που έρχονται σε εμάς.

ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ | ΕΥΘΥΝΕΣ

  • Παροχή ατομικών συμβουλευτικών συνεδριών επαγγελματικής σταδιοδρομίας σε πρόσφυγες, αιτούντες άσυλο και μετανάστες, σύμφωνα με τις αξίες του οργανισμού και με το πλάνο της υπηρεσίας
  • Παροχή άμεσων λύσεων στις δυσκολίες και τα εμπόδια που σχετίζονται με την επαγγελματική σταδιοδρομία των ωφελούμενων
  • Να δοθούν οι βάσεις στους ωφελούμενους ώστε να ενδυναμωθούν και να κινητοποιηθούν αναζητώντας οι ίδιοι λύση στα προβλήματά τους
  • Υποστήριξη δρώντας ως σύνδεσμος με τα επίσημα εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα και τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, αν χρειαστεί
  • Συμβολή στην προετοιμασία των εργαστηρίων απασχολησιμότητας και δεξιοτήτων σε εβδομαδιαία βάση
  • Υποστήριξη του Δικτύου Diversity in the Workplace και, εάν χρειάζεται, επικοινωνία με εργοδότες και εταιρείες του ιδιωτικού τομέα
  • Παραπομπή σε άλλους οργανισμούς για υπηρεσίες που δεν παρέχονται από το Generation 2.0 RED
  • Ενημέρωση σχετικά με τις υπάρχουσες και τις μελλοντικές εκπαιδευτικές και εργασιακές ευκαιρίες
  • Σχεδιασμός και διεξαγωγή εργαστηρίων και σεμιναρίων προσαρμοσμένων στις ανάγκες των συμμετεχόντων και με τρόπο που να συμβάλει στην αλλαγή
  • Ευρηματικότητα και δημιουργικότητα με τις ιδέες και τα projects με σκοπό την περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη της υπηρεσίας
  • Προετοιμασία απαιτητικών αναφορών σε μηνιαία βάση μετά από αίτημα.

 

ΤΥΠΙΚΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

  • Μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα στη Συμβουλευτική σταδιοδρομία και/ή πτυχίο στην Ψυχολογία το Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό ή την Κοινωνική Εργασία
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εργασιακής εμπειρίας ως Εργασιακός Σύμβουλος, Θεραπευτής, Υπεύθυνος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή Κοινωνικός Λειτουργός. Η επαγγελματική εμπειρία με πληθυσμούς με μεταναστευτική καταγωγή θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής και Ελληνικής γλώσσας στον γραπτό και τον προφορικό λόγο
  • Άριστη γνώση Γαλλικών στον γραπτό και τον προφορικό λόγο (θα είναι πλεονέκτημα)

Senior Psychologist – Samos – IRC

Required Qualifications:

  • The qualified candidate must have an advanced degree (post-graduate) or higher in psychology with psychosocial programming experience of 3+ years in setting up, implementing, and supervising MHPSS programs;
  • Licensed Greek psychologist;

The interims will either work under the supervision of EASO or will be seconded and work under the supervision of the Greek authorities in performing some or all of the following tasks:

  • Provide technical assistance and administrative support to the spokesperson, including on press, communication, publications, social media posts and reports;
  • Draft communication messages and press releases in cooperation with reception/migration spokesperson;
  • Build up and keep strong relationships with main stakeholders, including members of the press. In this context, the Communication Assistant will be required to keep up-to date contact lists;
  • Ensure daily press and social media monitoring and proper archiving of press articles, interviews and other relevant information as instructed by the spokesperson;
  • Contribute to drafting of newsletters;
  • Regularly update the website and contribute to its development;
  • Deliver administrative assistance to the overall planning and organisation of meetings and events. This includes administrative support to the preparation of relevant meeting documents, logistical aspects and matters related to the media;
  • Create procedures, tools, policies, standards, SOPs and guidelines for the collaboration platform pages;
  • Preparation of briefs, lines to take for high-level meetings;
  • Draft documents, templates, minutes and reports;
  • Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges;
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile.

 

Candidates Profile

  • University degree in the related area – preferred and advantageous;
  • Demonstrated previous work experience in communication related activities;
  • Experience in liaising with EU stakeholders and in mainstreaming communication;
  • Fluency in Greek and in English (oral and written);
  • Excellent use of MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel; use of internet and web based applications;
  • Excellent intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills;
  • Excellent cooperation skills.

ICT Assistants

Job Description

The interims will either work under the supervision of EASO or will be seconded and work under the supervision of the Greek authorities in performing some or all of the following tasks:

  • Greet users in a warm and friendly manner;
  • Deal directly with users either by telephone, email or in person;
  • Handle efficiently IT related issues assigned to the 1st Level Support using the means available;
  • Follow the IT Service Management processes, work instructions and other relevant items related to the provision of a well-established and perceived Service Desk;
  • Track and update issues in the ICT Service Desk ticketing system;
  • Escalate properly issues to the 2nd or 3rd Level;
  • Support in maintaining an up-to-date assets and inventory database;
  • Support the smooth running of Video- and tele-conferencing facilities;
  • Install hardware and software components, updates, workstations, peripherals, desk and mobile phones, videoconferencing units, and logical unit support, while ensuring maintenance;
  • Carry-out pre-deployment quality control for desktop and laptop platforms;
  • Ensure hard drive encryption is applied according to ICT procedures;
  • Collaborate and support the maintenance of the ICT archive and documentation, and in the operation of available ICT applications;
  • Ensure the implementation of the ICT policy and rules;

  • Assist in setting standards for applications that meet the needs of the users and support the overall Information and Communication Technology;
  • Support, with IT expertise, in the building up of appropriate digital tools that will serve the needs of the Service in daily use;

  • Evaluate needs for upgrading and eventually replacing ICT equipment in the field, to meet applicable standards.
  • Assist in the performance of market research for procurement of equipment on behalf of RIS as appropriate.

  • Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges;
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile.

 

Candidates Profile

  • University degree in the related area – preferred and advantageous;
  • Certification according to ITIL will be highly advantageous;
  • Demonstrated previous experience of at least 3 years in relevant tasks will be an advantage;
  • Fluency in Greek and in English (oral and written);
  • Excellent intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills; Excellent cooperation skills;
  • Enhanced ability to coach and train others, and transfer knowledge, in the related fields;
  • Very good skills in planning and organising.
